Free Table Fee Coupons are valid for six months.
Why did you settle on this policy?
We realized that about 70% of our customers were covering 100% of the cost of our play space by purchasing products through Red Raccoon Games. That didn't feel fair to us.
Our table fee policy helps spread the cost of maintaining the play space more evenly among the people who use it.
How can I participate in an event?
There are several ways to cover the cost of an eligible event:
Pay the $5 table fee.
Redeem one Free Table Fee Coupon you've earned from previous purchases.
Redeem one XP chip.
Purchase $13 in merchandise before tax to earn one Free Table Fee Coupon.
What events don't have table fees?
Events you've already paid to participate in do not have table fees. This includes events such as D&D Adventurers League and Magic: The Gathering prerelease events.
Events with the word “free” in the title also do not require a table fee.
How can I redeem my Free Table Fee Coupon?
You can redeem a Free Table Fee Coupon when signing up for an eligible event in the store or over the phone.
At this time, Free Table Fee Coupons cannot be redeemed online.
Can I use a Free Table Fee Coupon for a friend or family member?
Yes! You can use your Free Table Fee Coupons for other people.
Why are Free Table Fee Coupons only valid for six months?
Our system currently limits coupon validity to six months.
Can Free Table Fee Coupons be used for events like D&D Adventurers League or a Magic: The Gathering prerelease?
No. Free Table Fee Coupons can only be redeemed for events that have a table fee.
Events that include material components, such as packs for a Magic: The Gathering prerelease, and D&D Adventurers League events do not have table fees. Because there is no table fee to waive, a Free Table Fee Coupon cannot be used for these events.
If I spend $12 today and $5 tomorrow, will those purchases add together toward a Free Table Fee Coupon?
Yes! Your qualifying purchases are cumulative across transactions.
Are older coupons used first?
Yes. We'll use your oldest Free Table Fee Coupon first.
Will DMs still get store credit for DMing?
Yes! The system for D&D Adventurers League isn't changing under this policy.
You folks were paying for table space before it was cool, and DMs will continue to reap the benefits.
How do I know how many Free Table Fee Coupons I have?
At this time, the only way to check your Free Table Fee Coupon balance is to ask a Red Raccoon Games staff member.
