FAQ
What condition does by LEGO have to be in to sell?
Cleanliness counts! We can’t accept items that are sticky, heavily soiled, or broken. Items in poor condition may receive a lower offer, or we may politely decline if they’re beyond saving. Help us keep our LEGO quality high and your offers fair!
Do you buy new, unopened LEGO sets?
Yes! We gladly purchase LEGO sets that are new and sealed in their original box
Do you buy non-LEGO or LEGO adjacent products?
No, we only purchase LEGO brand products.
How do I bring in my LEGO to sell?
Please bring your LEGO products in a container if they are not in a box to make sure that no pieces get lost. Our LEGO Appraiser team normally works Monday through Wednesday and may be able to appraise small collections of one or two items on the spot if we aren't swamped. We can intake your collection, whether it's bulk boxes, full sets, or a gallon bag of minifigs, or anything inbetween. Once here, our team will assess the value of your LEGO, which will be done on a First-In-First-Out basis.
